Associate Professor
Prof. Sunita Srivastava holds an Associate Professorship in the Physics Department at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Prof. Srivastava obtained her doctoral degree in Physics from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in the year 2010. Prior to joining IIT Bombay in 2016, she held a postdoctoral research position at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Maryland (2014-2016). She worked as research associate at Brookhaven National Laboratory and Stony Brook University from 2010-2014. Prof. Srivastava's research interests lies in exploration of the structure-property correlations in soft matter systems, with focus on colloidal systems, self-assembly phenomena, and the fundamental behavior of lipid membranes.
